Traditional Nixtamalization: Our California factory utilizes a 14-hour nixtamalization process rooted in tradition. Unlike industrial methods such as Maseca, which turns corn into flour before making tortillas, we go directly from corn to Masa / Dough (Nixtamalization). This ensures authentic flavor, superior texture, and enhanced nutrition in every bite, delivering unparalleled authenticity.
Premium Ingredients: We use only the finest ingredients: Corn or non-GMO blue corn, water, and kosher-certified calcium Hydroxide. Our Masa contains no preservatives or additives. Additionally, we can include non-GMO corn upon request, providing flexibility without compromising quality.

READY TO MAKE (Masa / Dough):
Our raw Masa (Dough) is perfect for restaurants and home chefs aiming to craft homemade, fresh-tasting tortillas. Make authentic tortillas, tamales, and more with our traditional masa.
Available Masa (Dough) variety: Corn and Blue Corn masa (Dough). Both use the Nixtamalization process for superior flavor.
READY TO COOK (Raw Tortilla):
Unlike our masa, used to create tortillas from scratch, our Flour Raw Tortilla is perfect for home cooks and restaurants who want a ready-to-cook option. Pre-prepared for fresh cooking, it delivers warm, soft perfection every time.
Available Raw Tortilla variety: Flour Tortilla.
READY TO SERVE (Cooked Tortilla):
Convenient and fast, these tortillas are fully cooked and only need a quick warm-up to enjoy. Ideal for busy kitchens or quick meals, savor the premium quality and authentic taste of each variety.
Available Cooked Tortilla varieties: Flour, Corn (Nixtamalized), Blue Corn (Nixtamalized) and Spinach.
READY TO EAT (Chips):
Crispy, flavorful Chips and made using the Nixtamalization process, are the perfect snack or appetizer. They deliver the highest-quality taste and crunch, making them a must-have for any gathering or meal.
